Africa NowNow is an online booking platform connecting travelers with accommodation providers across Africa, including safari lodges, hotels, guesthouses, and other hospitality providers ("Property Partners").

We act as an intermediary between you and Property Partners. The actual accommodation contract is between you and the Property Partner.

3. Booking Process

3.1 Making a Booking

When you make a booking through our Platform:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You are responsible for all persons included in your booking
• Bookings are subject to availability

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us with your booking reference number. This confirmation constitutes a binding agreement.

3.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on our Platform are in the currency indicated (typically USD). Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

Depending on the booking, payment may be required:

• In full at the time of booking
• As a deposit with balance due before check-in

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by Property Partner and are displayed on the property listing and during the booking process. Please review the specific cancellation policy before confirming your booking.

6. Your Responsibilities

As a user of our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and payment information
• Comply with the rules and policies of Property Partners
• Treat Property Partner staff and property with respect
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent our booking system
• Keep your account credentials secure

7. Property Partner Responsibilities

While we carefully select our Property Partners, the accommodation and services are provided directly by them. Property Partners are responsible for:

• Accuracy of their listing information
• Providing the accommodation as described
• Complying with local laws and safety regulations
• Honoring confirmed bookings

8. Limitation of Liability

Africa NowNow acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:

• Acts, errors, or omissions of Property Partners
• Personal injury or property damage at accommodations
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics)
• Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected booking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Africa NowNow or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy

11. Modifications to Terms
